Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable Bookkeeper to join their finance and accounting team team. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. This role is critical to financial health and requires a high level of precision and efficiency **RELEVANT APPLICANTS WILL BE CONTACTED WITHIN 48 HOURS AND WILL BE SENT DIRECTLY TO THE HIRING TEAM** Please reach out to Eric Hessenbruch at eric.hessenbruch@randstadusa.com for more information. salary: $50,000 - $56,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM education: High School Responsibilities •Verifies and posts details of business transactions to subsidiary accounts in the general ledger from documents such as receipts, invoices, and computer printouts. •Performs check processing for: general expenses, loss & loss adjustment payments, underwriting refunds, and monthly commissions. •Reconciles daily cash activity to the general ledger and reconciles monthly company bank accounts.

• Scans checks & records daily cash deposits for transmission to the bank.
• Creates and enters certain daily / monthly entries into the general ledger.
• Maintains agent ACH form updates for direct bill commission payments in the

Citizens Bank online portal and prepares file for monthly payments to agents.

• Performs daily imports and exports from Citizens Bank for positive pay process.
• Maintains / reconciles petty cash box for company.
