Executive Assistant – Cowboy Construction

About the Role:

This is not a traditional assistant role. This is for someone who wants to be in the inner circle of a founder-led company and help drive growth through elite-level support. You’ll be working directly with the owner of the company to manage priorities, increase efficiency, and help Cowboy Construction scale without chaos.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the founder’s calendar, inbox, and daily priorities
  • Handle scheduling, task management, travel coordination, and project oversight
  • Prepare reports, organize internal documents, and manage recurring check-ins
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and internal operations
  • Keep CRM, task systems, and dashboards updated and aligned
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members on behalf of leadership
  • Spot inefficiencies and proactively offer solutions
  • Ensure follow-through on key tasks, meetings, and deliverables

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years in a high-level executive assistant, operations, or administrative role
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and organization
  • Mastery of time management and calendar coordination
  • Familiar with productivity tools like Google Workspace, CRMs, task boards, and dashboards
  • Ability to operate under pressure with calm and confidence
  • A proactive thinker who solves problems before they surface

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $54,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
