Our multi-generational family office is seeking a Finance Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day financial operations across a diverse portfolio of investments, businesses, and personal assets.

This is a rare opportunity to work directly with principals on a broad range of financial matters, from cash flow management and real estate ventures to partnering on private investments and legacy planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, reporting, and financial controls for the family’s business interests, investment entities, and trusts
• Manage cash flow planning, budgeting, and forecasting across personal and investment-related assets
• Coordinate with external accountants, tax advisors, legal counsel, and investment managers
• Provide detailed and high-level financial reporting and analysis to principals
• Monitor performance of operating businesses, private equity holdings, and real estate assets
• Lead or assist with due diligence on new investments, real estate purchases, and philanthropic initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, insurance coverage, and legal filings
• Streamline financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and visibility

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (a CPA or MBA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or family office management
• Exposure to real estate, private investments, and complex entity structures
• High level of integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fluid and entrepreneurial environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
