We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our team and drive our growth in the market.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to lead the finance function of our U.S. operations. This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including P&L management, A/R and A/P supervision, cost analysis, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will partner with the Country Managing Director and collaborate closely with the Group CFO to ensure alignment on financial reporting and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management & Reporting

  • Prepare, consolidate, and analyze monthly and quarterly P&L statements.
  • Coordinate closing processes and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
  • Align local financial reporting with Group HQ standards through regular communication with the Group CFO.

2. A/R & A/P Oversight

  • Supervise accounts receivable and payable processes.
  • Analyze cash flow, payment terms, and credit policies to optimize working capital.
  • Identify risks and opportunities in customer and vendor payment behaviors.

3. Strategic Finance & Business Partnering

  • Analyze cost of goods sold (COGS) and provide detailed breakdowns by product and channel.
  • Prepare channel-specific pricing structures in collaboration with sales and marketing.
  • Develop value chain analyses to support strategic decisions such as onboarding new distributors, brokers, or retailers.

4. Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a small finance and admin team, fostering skill development and efficiency.
  • Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.

5. Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
  • Monitor budget variances and recommend corrective actions when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
  • 5–9 years of progressive experience in finance roles, preferably in CPG or FMCG.
  • Strong experience with P&L management, COGS analysis, and pricing.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and financial reporting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making.
