Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Extensive marketing responsibilities including outbound calling to leads and referrals.
  • Identify customer needs/problems through our 5-step customer experience process and market appropriate products and services to solve those problems.
  • Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Conduct annual reviews to educate customer on current products and uncover additional marketing opportunities to expand the customer's relationship with the agency.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.
  • Commit to hitting daily sales and prospecting standards of excellence.
Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Coachability a must.
  • Ability to conduct interviews in the office and customer' business, or virtually.
  • Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
  • Ability to execute a detailed business plan
  • Experience in sales preferred
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
  • Property and Casualty (must be able to obtain)
  • Bi-lingual-spanish a plus but not required
