Job Description I. Clean and maintain areas, such as restroom rooms, offices, warehouses, walkways, hallways, sidewalks, parking lot, as stated in the cleaning specification. II. Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, trash services, wood cleaning as stated in the cleaning specification. III. Ability to survey location and retain an understanding of cleaning specifications, including special needs.Ability to disarm and arm alarms at all locations assigned. IV. Assist Area Manager and Operations Manager in other functions as assigned. V.
