We’re seeking a skilled Master Control Production Assistant. If you love radio and are available to consistently join us on weekends, we'd love to hear from you! Assist in the creation of radio advertising and station promotions by providing administrative project or process support to department managers or staff. Execute general department administrative duties, including ordering office supplies, sorting mail, making travel arrangements and scheduling meetings, etc. Prepare and report on research and data analysis projects. May research stories and book guests. May edit audio segments. May be required to coordinate activities between departments and/or outside parties. Requirements include multiple years experience in radio production, broadcast and/or communications, journalism background a plus, exposure to operational roles across sales, marketing, operations, finance, or other industry, proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic audio production tools, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong editorial skills including use of radio automation systems, strong time management skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, effective collaboration, and a four-year college degree preferably in Radio or Media Production or related field or equivalent work experience. The role requires respect for others, ability to work within guidelines without close supervision, problem solving skills, understanding when to seek guidance, close attention to detail, strong communication skills, and professional collaboration.
