Staffing Consultant (Recruiter) Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week) Pay: $55,000 per year Address: Fairfax, VA Work Type: Onsite Join PrideStaff, a nationally recognized staffing firm, as a Staffing Consultant in our Fairfax, VA office! Key Responsibilities: Recruit, screen, interview, and hire Field Associates for a variety of client assignments. Match client staffing needs with the right candidates by understanding both skillsets and company culture. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking. Provide exceptional service to clients by maintaining regular communication, resolving issues, and supporting their workforce goals. Support sales and marketing initiatives to grow existing accounts and develop new business. What We're Looking For: Self-starter with high energy and a proactive attitude. Strong interpersonal and communication skills - you're not afraid to pick up the phone or meet someone new. Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in decision-making.
