We're Hiring: Administrator - CBRF (Community-Based Residential Facility) - Milwaukee Location : Milwaukee Area Job Type : Full-Time Salary : $50,000-$70,000 per year Make a Lasting Impact in Community-Based Residential Care Adava Care is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and mission-driven Administrator to lead day-to-day operations at one of our small to mid-sized Community-Based Residential Facilities (CBRF) in the Milwaukee area. If you're a strong leader who values high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and a positive, supportive environment for both residents and staff-this is the role for you. Responsibilities Oversee daily facility operations with a focus on DHS 83 compliance. Conduct resident assessments and develop person-centered service plans. Lead staff in training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ensure high levels of resident satisfaction and address concerns swiftly and professionally. Manage financial records, budgeting, billing, and occupancy goals. Promote safety, policy adherence, and emergency preparedness. Maintain regular communication with families and act as an advocate for residents.
