The Real Estate Coordinator plays a vital role in facilitating collaboration among team members to ensure smooth project progression while maintaining well-documented, organized data. They are responsible for keeping project statuses transparent and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, particularly within real estate or large-scale retail development settings. What You Will Do: Conduct formal and informal real estate market research, including competitive mapping. Monitor and track active real estate deals as they progress through the pipeline. Prepare meeting agendas and presentations, coordinate logistics, and distribute key information for investment committee reviews and ad hoc meetings. Assist in drafting agreements with consultants and other third parties while facilitating seamless communication among project stakeholders. Promptly respond to customer comments and website inquiries. Maintain and oversee department documentations, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Provide administrative support to team members as needed. How You Will Shine: Three years of experience in project coordination within a professional setting. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience engaging with corporate stakeholders and speaking in business or public forums. Exceptional writing, communication, and interpersonal skills, with keen attention to detail. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects, competing timelines, and deliverables in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. Proactive and self-sufficient, demonstrating a solutions-oriented approach without requiring micromanagement. Driven and results-focused, with a strong sense of urgency in achieving objectives. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (strong excel skills preferred). Real estate experience is highly desirable, particularly with landlord and broker communications. Understanding real estate transactions and key industry processes.
